Print the form of reservation and send us by the post office accompanied by the deposit. As of reception of the deposit we will send the contracts to you.

. BOOKING CONDITIONS

VALIDITY : The booking will become valid from the moment you have sent the booking form with deposit and you have received confirmation of your booking from us.
DELAYED ARRIVAL : Please inform the management. If no advice is received within 24 H, the booking will be cancellled and the deposit kept by the management.
EARLY DEPARTURE : No refund will be made.
CANCELLATION FEE : 10 E will be kept if a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the booking.; the whole deposit will be kept if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the booking.
CANCELLATION BY THE CAMPSITE : The client will be reimbursed 100%.
DEPOSIT (for rentals) : Will be refunded at the end of your stay, the cost of broken and missing objects will be deducted from the deposit. In case of serious demage, the deposit will be retainedt by the management until quotes for repair and insurance have been given.
INSURANCE : Clients will be coveredby the management where responsibility is accepted. Clients should also have a valid personal insurance.
BED LINEN RENTAL : Payment to be added to the deposit for the mobile home or chalet.
THE CLEANING : Must be done properly the day of departure. If not 23 € will be charged.
